Sweet Dreams Sleep Meditation

🌙 Welcome, my friend.
As you settle in, allow your body to find a position that feels deeply supported… safe… and held.
Let your eyes soften or close, and take a slow, easy breath in… and a long, gentle breath out.
With each exhale, imagine your body melting just a little more into the surface beneath you.

🌾 Grounding the Body
Bring your awareness to your feet. Notice any sensations there — warmth, coolness, tingling — and let them soften.
Allow that softness to rise into your legs… releasing any tension you’ve been carrying today.
Let your hips grow heavy… your belly soften… your chest open just enough to let your breath flow freely.
Feel your shoulders drop away from your ears, as if a gentle weight is guiding them down.
Relax your jaw… your cheeks… the space between your eyebrows… and finally, let your whole face rest.

🌙 Deepening Into Calm
Take another slow breath in… and imagine you’re breathing in calm, steady energy.
As you exhale, release anything that doesn’t need to follow you into the night.
Thoughts may drift in — that’s okay. Acknowledge them gently, like clouds passing across a quiet sky… and let them float away.

Picture yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful forest at dusk. The air is cool and comforting. The sky is painted in soft purples and deep blues.
With each step you take along the path, the world grows quieter.
You hear the gentle rustle of leaves… the distant call of night birds… and the steady rhythm of your own breath.
Ahead, you see a warm, inviting glow — a small cabin tucked between the trees.
As you step inside, you’re greeted by soft candlelight and the feeling of complete safety.
There’s a cozy bed waiting for you, layered with blankets that feel like a warm embrace.
You lie down, sinking into the softness, knowing this space was created just for you — a place where your mind can rest and your body can restore.

🌙 Drifting Into Sleep
